Our Goal!

Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all things that I have commanded you; and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age." Amen. Matthew 28:19-20

About Us

Just to be Clear. We believe in:

  • The Sanctity of marriage that is between one man and one woman,
  • The male character of Holy Orders,
  • The evil of Abortion.

Anglican Worship

As Anglicans, we worship God using the Book of Common Prayer and the Authorized Version of the Bibles for worship services. At Stephen's we use a modern version of the 1662 Book of Common Prayer and the New Kings James Version of the Bible. We are led by Bishops who trace their Apostolic Succession through the Apostles of our Lord Jesus Christ and enjoy the same Episcopal Succession as the See of Canterbury (We are not in communion with the See or the American Episcopal Church).

Who we are:

We are a Church in the Anglican Evangelical Catholic Tradition. We are firmly planted in orthodox teaching of the Anglicanism and the bible. St. Stephen's is a missional church dedicated to going out to the people, to bring the gospel message and to plant churches.

We are zealous in our efforts to advance the Kingdom of God and Our Savior by maintaining family and personal life in Christ; providing Christian education for our members and families; seeking the salvation of family and acquaintances; living above reproach in the world; being just in our dealings, faithful in our commitments and exemplary in our actions.

We are dedicated , by the aid of the Holy Spirit, to walk together in Christian love; to strive for the advancement of St. Stephen's, in knowledge, holiness, and comfort; to promote its prosperity and spirituality; to sustain its worship, sacraments, discipline, and doctrines; to contribute cheerfully and regularly to the support of the ministry, the expenses of the church, the relief of the poor, and the spread of the Gospel to all peoples through our community.

We believe in Christ centered, cross focused worship with expository preaching. Highly valuing the Lord's Supper and the seven sacraments, along with the Reformation roots of Anglicanism, The Thirty-Nine Articles, and the Prayer Book. That salvation only comes from personal conversion.

We will watch over one another in brotherly love; remember one another in prayer; aid one another in sickness and distress, cultivate Christian sympathy in feeling and Christian courtesy in speech; be slow to take offense, but always ready for reconciliation without delay.

Statement of Faith:

The Holy Bible is the inspired word of God and is the basis for any statement of faith. We band ourselves together as a body of baptized believers in Jesus Christ, personally committed to sharing the good news of salvation to lost mankind. The seven sacraments of the church and the two major being the Lord's Supper and baptism. We believe in the Sanctity of Marriage that is between One Man and One Woman, the Male Character of Holy Orders and the Evil of Abortion.
